Customer Support Executive
Candidates must be capable of handling customer queries and complaints in real-time via phone, chat, and email. General customer problem solving, assistance, and follow-up is very important. Primary responsibilities will include: handling Air, Hotel, Car, and Activity reservations, working with new and existing bookings regarding date changes, cancelations, refunds, and name corrections. Must provide prompt and concise customer services, travel booking assistance, and support at all times. *Experience issuing International Air Tickets via GDS is required
Database Administrators
We are looking for experienced (MySQL, Postgres)/No SQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, Cassandra) database administrators. An ideal candidate would be responsible for ensuring the performance, availability, and security of SQL clusters (MySQL, Postgres)/No SQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, Cassandra) instances. This team member would also be responsible for orchestrating upgrades, backups, and provisioning of database instances. This team member will also work in tandem with all of the other teams, preparing documentations and specifications as required.
